It says I earned points but then it says I have 0 points? I'm confused

I'm having the same problem! I just joined and it says I have 850 points but I can't seem to use them???

Hello! My points are not correct on the Points Store but are correct on the Points Summary. 🙄

Contacted support a few weeks ago. They fixed my case. Contact support, posting here won’t solve anything as they won’t see it.

Mine does the same thing and sometimes after doing an activity I don't receive points

Contact support. Best advice I can give. My issue isn’t completely fixed, but contacting support definitely helped.

Not getting my points everyday, and the scratch card doesn’t work all the time. But it works sometimes and I get my points if I contact support, so this site is buggy, but still functional.
