Why does it say I have 0 points even though I earned them
I was wondering the same in one area it says I have 1180 but then in another area it says I have 0?
Hello! My points are not correct on the Points Store but are correct on the Points Summary. 
It sometimes takes a day for the points to be reflected on my account.
Has anyone recieved an answer as to why it is not showing our points as the same thing in both spots? I seen that it takes about a day for someone but do we know why that is?
Total points seem to be stuck.

I was wondering the same thing. I did a bunch of activities and such to earn more points but they aren't showing up. I just did the activities yesterday and today still no points. Hopefully they come through soon.

Same. I also didn't get points for saving$5 this week or reading the article of the day. I'll see if this gives me my points for posting.
This is extremely frustrating. It says I need to earn points that for taking surveys that I've already taken and earned points on. When I click through just to have them show as complete it's not working. Ugh!
Summary shows it, but not elsewhere. Cannot redeem points due to this issue.
I wish we could get an update from support.
My points are not crediting either; I thought it was just taking a long time to process, but I wonder if there is an issue with the underlying software on the site. Its been over a week for some of my pending points.
