I'm not earning points for my weekly $5 deposit

Can an admin please look into this? It's been several weeks now with no points for this activity.

It's also confusing that there's a "Deposit" button for the activity that just seems to reload the page.

I'm also having trouble figuring this out I hit deposit and nothing happens and except for ya'll telling me my account is linked I don't know how to find out and also I don't understand how ya'll can say I'm negative $when I have a $191 in my bank savings account

I didn't get points for depositing last week. I also don't get points for reading the article of the day either. It's freaking annoying.

I'm having the same issue with the deposit not reflecting my balance.

The deposit button is only if you win the search off. Then you got deposit to add it to your account.

Deposit is only if you win on the scratcher . If you win then hit deposit and it will be added to your account.

I am new to this and getting frustrated, I was only able to make a deposit one time and that is when I started this program. How does this thing work???

Also having trouble, it takes several tries to get credit for the article of the day.

My last deposit shows up on the “race to $100” under my own dashboard but if I go to the full list it shows my total from before my last deposit and I didn’t get the points for the weekly deposit. So is it registering or not?

The deposit button doesn't work for me??? also it has been 3 weeks since I linked my HSA account and each week I deposit $20 into the account, no reflection has been made in my Saverlife "My Account". Any ideas on why?

I opened a ticket and they gave me the following info:

"Please try placing the deposits on a Tuesday or Wednesday, I see the last weeks deposit was placed on a Monday and depending on the posting dates they may actually not become registered until later after we've run calculations for points rewards."

I also recommend opening a support ticket. If you've been keeping up with your weekly deposits, they may be able to reimburse you for the points you should've gotten.
