Trying to stick to it also, did really well in Sept.
There's a really great book about the author's journey not to buy anything unnecessary for two years. She made a list of things she had to buy: groceries, toothpaste, gas, that sort of thing. If it wasn't on the list, she didn't buy it. If something like her jeans wore out, she replaced them but didn't buy more. This is what I'm doing now- cut down on shopping and eating out
Even though this post is for September, I want to try and do this for Feb. January I already spent some money on eating out, so it'll have to be next month lol
