Same thing happened to me. It keeps saying that it failed, I have relinked my account multiple times. Contact support all you get is an email saying that they are busy so no help at all.

My monthly match for HCA has been in progress for 5 months and this is a 6 months program through my employer, my account has zero funds added is this normal?

I've always gotten my winnings instantly to my paypal!

I used to also @Hailey T. but support told me they are not allowing people to connect their paypal anymore to receive the payouts! Ridiculous. I've been waiting almost 2 months now, for my $5 to get deposited into my regular bank account since they made me change it.
