Man how come the point system isnt working
It gets frustrating.

my points never post. i always have to contact customer service. makes doing activities aggravating when u never get your points
I have the same problem with points not posting and the only way I ever get them is by contacting customer service.
There’s many problems going on with the system

My linked account balance is not updating this week. My points are up to date though. *I spoke too soon. No points for article of the day :/
I save $5 or more each and EVERY week, and make no withdrawals. I only get points for saving about once every two months.
On the day when I get points for a weekly visit, I don't get points for reading the article of the day. It's like the programmers don't even test their website.
Points come in every week.
