I've have several problems

  1. When playing scratchers it played played 6 times in a row and I lost around 1800 points. It's impossible to play that many times in a row. I did get a report that there was a problem and I should try again later but my point were already taken.
  2. In the last 3 years playing scratchers I won 6 times. Never received the money.
  3. There are times when I do the activities for points they do not show any points so I do the activities at other times of the day.
  4. A few days ago I received an email stating I won t-shirt. That I should claim it but I received the email the day after the claim expiration. So I was unable to claim it.
    I HAVE REPORTED EACH ONE OF THESE ERRORS SEVERAL TIMES AND WROTE EMAILS IN THE CONTACTS. I RECEIVE AN EMAIL BACK BUT IT DOESN'T ADDRESS THE PROPLEMS. ITS LIKE NO ONE READS MY EMAILS AND IT FEELS MORE ROBOTIC.
    I WOULD LIKE A REAL PERSON TO HELP AND ADDRESS PROBLEMS THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED.

I haven't had any problems since I joined this site. I've gotten all my money from the scratchers and I've won other gifts and money also.

I did get an email today from Ross asking me to take a screenshot of my payout history. I'll see what happens. I'm sure it will get resolved. Glad others or not having issues.

I had the same issue with the t-shirt. I got the notice a day after it was due. Shame on Saver Life. I think they are short on staff and can't handle everything they are trying to do.

My account keeps telling me that my bank is disconnected and when I click on it it says it is connected.
