Has anyone had points taken away for a scratcher but didn’t get to scratch? Just happened to me took 250 points when the scratch popped up and I have started to scratch it said technical difficulties when I tried again is it taking my points and it was my third try so it said try back next week

I have always received my scratcher
That hasn't happened to me.

I rarely get credit for posting anymore so I may as well give up on it.
Takes me forever to earn a scratchoff and I only won the 1st day.
I think the aim of this site is admirable but the technical errors and lack of obtaining rewards is very disappointing.
I haven't had any issues with my points.
