I wondered why I hadn't received the $5 winnings you have to go into your account info and initiate the winning payment I'm slowly learning

Thanks for posting that. Now know what to do IN CASE I ever win again.

When I won a few weeks ago, I didn't have to do that. I received an email right away. However, I didn't receive the money until ten days later. I had to give them my cell phone number in order to receive it, which I never had to do with the old website.

Just now I took a look at my account information and saw that I could look up my Payout History. I clicked on it, but there was nothing there, even though I had won and received $5.00.

Interesting. I won 2 scratch offs a week and a half ago, and they also do not show under the Payout History. But I did get the emails and messages on SaverLife that the payments had been processed; they still haven't show up in my PayPal account and there was no option to receive them another way.

I've won twice and 10 days later I had it in my PayPal. It takes a little time.

I was having a hard time logging back on. So I finally did it set a new password. Found out it was money in my payout so I did everything to get the payout that was Sunday Feb 14 2021 still nothing. But this first one dont see it in payout.I just claim my $5.00 Feb 2021. Something need to be done ASAP. Call me

Payouts take at least 5 business days to post to your account.

Winnings normally take a week to post to your account. Especially if you use paypal.

Out of 7 scratchers I've won twice. I'll keep trying although since my bank account wont link I can only get 30 points a day so itll take a while to even get the opportunity for another scratcher.
